Lisa Gold has been counseling and helping individuals recover their health and wellness for over 15 years. She has helped individuals and groups overcome challenges, reduce stress, and provided support throughout the weight loss journey. Lisa Gold has worked both in private practice and in college and hospital environments, providing counseling, group support, and workshops. Certified from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach, Lisa can help you combat obesity.
